The Mediterranean garden
Torre Bianca is immersed in a wonderful private green park, a true oasis of tranquillity and nature. The garden, rich in Mediterranean vegetation, features majestic pines, elegant cypresses, and sturdy carob trees, along with impressive succulents, agaves, and flowers that add touches of color to various corners of the park. This lush natural setting provides refreshing shade, pure air, and an atmosphere of complete relaxation, making every moment spent at the villa a unique and rejuvenating experience.
The Apartments
In recent years, Villa Torre Bianca has been transformed into an elegant accommodation for tourist use, offering a unique experience in a setting full of charm and history. The main body of the villa hosts two refined apartments: Casa Agave and Casa Bouganville, while a separate annex, slightly detached from the main building, houses Casa Ibiscus.
The apartments have been renovated with great care to preserve the villa’s original charm: from the colorful Vietri ceramic floors to the vintage furniture, skillfully combined with more modern elements designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Each apartment also features a private outdoor area for exclusive use, complete with a BBQ and all the equipment needed to spend hours of pure relaxation in the open air, immersed in the peace of the surrounding park.
The Location
Torre Bianca is set in a panoramic position on the hill overlooking Ariana Beach, just 300 meters away. The beach can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot: an easy walk downhill to get there and a climb on the way back.
The villa is located 3 km from the center of Gaeta and 12 km from Sperlonga. Due to the lack of a sidewalk along Via Flacca, the center of Gaeta—as well as supermarkets and other services—is not reachable on foot, but it is only a few minutes away by car.
Torre Bianca’s location is ideal for exploring the Riviera di Ulisse, its beautiful beaches, and the towns of Gaeta, Formia, and Sperlonga, offering a comfortable, quiet, and nature-immersed starting point.
Sustainability
At Torre Bianca, we are deeply grateful for the extraordinary nature that surrounds us, and we are committed every day to protecting it. Sustainability is an essential part of our hospitality: most of the electricity we use comes from the photovoltaic system installed on the villa’s roof, and for cleaning we always choose – whenever possible – environmentally friendly products.
For this reason, we kindly ask our guests to support us in this mission by turning off fans and air conditioners when not at home and by sorting waste carefully.
